Join us for the kickoff event for Haitian Girls Fest!

About Haitian Girls Fest

This years theme is mental health and wellness! The event is August 18th from 4pm to 9:30pm in BK. It is a mini festival for Haitian girls and their family and friends to come to with the common goal of bonding, learning and purchasing goods from Haitian girl-owned businesses. First 50 people will take part of a cocktail making workshop. The rest of the crowd will have access to a Haitian Girls Mental Health and wellness panel, award show, KONPA workshop Sasa’s performance and a dance party.

Haitian Girls Fest is an upcoming brand that is small but growing. Shaina Louis created this event on her own with her own funding in college. Her life work of working and researching the Haitian girl population is documented back in 2014. Come and support HGF and enjoy this day of learning, dancing, bonding and giving to Haitian girls owned business.
